I am currently finalizing my certification with Doula Canada and will require evaluations on my first three births. Thusly, my prices will be discounted. Please contact me or Doula Canada if you have any questions about this process.

I am NOT a medical professional. I provide emotional, physical, and informational support for the birthing person and their families.

Package One

$1000 $300

One consultation, no charge.
2 Prenatal visits, in person or virtual, to discuss your birth wish list, go over comfort techniques, and answer any questions you may have. These are optional although recommended.
Phone/text/email support starting immediately.
In person support during active labour at your chosen birth place.
Support 1-2 hours after birth with initial breastfeeding support.
One 1-3 hour postpartum visit.

Package Two

$1500 $400

One consultation, no charge.
2 Prenatal visits, in person or virtual, to discuss your birth wish list, go over comfort techniques, and answer any questions you may have. These are optional although recommended.
Phone/text/email support starting immediately.
In person support during active labour at your chosen birth place.
Support 1-2 hours after birth with initial breastfeeding support.
15 hours of postpartum support to be booked within the 6 week period following birth. More hours can be requested at $20/hr.

Standalone Postpartum Support

$20/hr

One consultation, no charge.
Minimum 2 hour shifts.
Doing light housework (laundry, dishes, etc.)
Answering any questions about the postpartum body or baby.
Assistance with breastfeeding.
Promote self care.
Watching baby for short periods of time.
Referring additional support as needed.
